Everesteel (Jiangyin Everest Steel Co., Ltd.) designs and manufactures prepainted steel coil and sheet at our production facility in Jiangyin, Jiangsu — one of China’s primary steel processing hubs, in the greater Wuxi area.

Processing and Supply Support
Downstream processing is available in-house — orders can be delivered in the format your production line requires, not just as master coils.
Slitting
Coils are slit to custom widths from 20 mm and above, with tight width tolerances and clean edges. Your material feeds smoothly into press and roll-forming lines, reducing offcuts and downstream handling.
Cut-to-Length
Sheet blanks are cut to your exact dimensions with flatness and squareness tolerances suitable for direct press, forming, or panel fabrication. This lets you skip an in-house cutting step and move straight to production.
Embossing
Structural and decorative patterns are applied in-line, including stucco, linen, wood grain, and custom tooled profiles. Embossing stiffens thinner gauges and hides handling marks, so you can specify lighter material without losing rigidity.
Lamination
VCM, PVC, and PET decorative films are bonded under controlled heat and pressure, alongside peelable protective films. Your panels arrive with a finished, durable surface and stay protected through transit and fabrication.
Pattern Printing
Wood grain, marble, floral, and custom logo designs are printed with accurate color matching and consistent registration across every coil. You get a repeatable branded or decorative surface straight from the coil, with no secondary printing on your side.
Custom Color Matching
Paint is formulated to match your RAL code, Pantone reference, or physical sample, with an approval sample sent before the production run. This confirms the color is right before volume begins, protecting your batch-to-batch consistency.

- Adhesion and bonding tests (cross-cut, T-bend, film adhesion)

- Salt spray and humidity cabinet testing for selected grades
- Final dimensional check prior to packaging
Test reports and mill certificates ship with each order. Everesteel holds ISO 9001 certification, with documentation on file from Eurofins, RoHS, and TÜV Rheinland. Third-party inspection — SGS, BV, and CCIC — can be arranged prior to loading.

Q2. What is the difference between prepainted steel and laminated steel?
Prepainted steel carries an organic paint system for durable painted panels. Laminated steel bonds a VCM, PVC, or PET film to the substrate for richer surface effects, easy cleaning, and scratch resistance. The right choice depends on your surface effect, environment, and forming needs.
Q3. Can you supply custom colors, patterns, and logos?
Yes. Custom RAL and Pantone colors, wood grain, marble, floral, and logo designs are produced on our own lines. Submit a color code, design file, or sample; we provide a lab drawdown or print sample, then a production sample for approval before mass production.
