Own Factory, Own Coating Lines, Full Specification Control
Everesteel operates its own coating and printing lines. Substrate selection, pattern registration, coating weight, and dispatch scheduling are managed internally — not outsourced to a third party. This gives buyers direct access to technical staff and full traceability of production records from order confirmation through to shipment.
We are not a trading company. Every coil that leaves our facility is produced on our own coating and processing lines, giving you direct control over specifications, lead times, and quality outcomes.

What Is Marble Pattern Steel?
Marble pattern steel is a decorative prefinished steel product in which a marble-look pattern is printed onto a pre-coated steel substrate through a continuous roller-coating process. It gives buyers the visual effect of natural stone while keeping the rigidity, lighter weight, and fabrication advantages of steel in coil or sheet form.
The standard substrate is Galvalume-based prepainted steel, with hot-dip galvanized prepainted steel available for selected applications on request. The printed surface is sealed with a clear protective topcoat and, where required, can be supplied with a removable PE protection film for fabrication and transit.
Because the material is supplied ready to fabricate, buyers can proceed directly with cutting, bending, roll forming, and panel assembly without secondary surface finishing. It is commonly used for interior wall panels, elevator interiors, appliance facings, furniture panels, decorative signage, and commercial fit-out components where a marble appearance is needed with better weight control, easier processing, and more consistent supply than natural stone.

Why Source From Everesteel
Full Specification Control
Because Everesteel operates its own substrate processing, coating, and printing lines, buyers can specify substrate grade and thickness, coating weight (AZ or Z class), gloss level, emboss profile, and pattern placement — and receive consistent output across repeat orders. There is no subcontracting of these variables to external mills.
Custom Pattern Matching
Everesteel accepts custom pattern briefs via physical stone sample, high-resolution image, or design file. The pattern development process includes print proof approval before production release. This capability is relevant for projects requiring proprietary or exclusive surface designs.
Procurement-Scale Flexibility
The minimum order quantity starts at 5 tons, making trial specifications commercially viable before committing to volume programs. Standard volume orders are scheduled against Everesteel's 26,000+ ton annual capacity with a documented 98.7% on-time delivery rate.
In-House Downstream Processing
Slitting to custom widths, cut-to-length shearing, mechanical embossing, and lamination are all performed within the same facility. Buyers sourcing processed formats — such as slit coil for roll-forming lines or cut sheet for panel assembly — receive finished dimensions without relying on third-party service centers.

Surface and Pattern Options

Carrara White
Soft grey veining over a cool white ground — the most recognized marble look. Widely specified for wall cladding, elevator panels, and bright interior fit-out where a clean, classic stone appearance is wanted.

Calacatta Gold
Bold, dramatic veining with warm gold tones on a bright white base. A premium look for feature walls, lobby panels, and high-end retail and hospitality interiors.

Emperador Brown
Rich brown ground with fine lighter veining, offering a warm, luxurious feel. Suited to furniture surfaces, cabinet facings, and interior accents where a darker palette is preferred.

Custom Marble Textures
Reproduce any marble pattern from a physical sample, image, or design brief. Our team develops a matched pattern and provides a drawdown for approval before the full run.

Textured / Embossed Marble
An embossed surface adds subtle depth and a more realistic stone feel underhand, while improving scratch resistance and hiding minor handling marks.

Matte or Gloss Finish
Choose a matte topcoat for a natural honed-stone look or a gloss finish for a bright, polished-marble appearance, depending on the design specification.
Processing Capabilities
All processing is performed in-house at Everesteel’s Jiangyin facility.
Slitting
Coil slit to custom widths within the range of 20 mm – 1,250 mm. Suitable for buyers feeding roll-forming or automated panel assembly lines.
Cut-to-Length
Sheet cut to specified length with tolerance of ±1 mm. Supplied in flat sheet format, stacked and interleaved.
Embossing
Mechanical emboss applied to the coated and printed surface. Available profiles include stone grain, linen, and micro-texture. Emboss depth and pitch are subject to tooling availability — confirm requirements at inquiry stage.
Lamination
Film lamination available for applications requiring additional surface protection during forming or transit.
Custom Pattern Development
Lead time for custom pattern development is typically 2–3 weeks from approved design brief to print proof, with production commencing following buyer sign-off.
Packaging
Coils are wrapped in moisture-resistant paper and steel banding. Cut sheets are palletized with edge protection and stretch-wrapped. Export packaging complies with standard container loading requirements. Specific packaging instructions can be accommodated on request.
Sample Policy
Material samples (printed coil or cut sheet, approximately A4 size) are available prior to order placement. Sample requests should specify substrate, thickness, pattern, and finish.

FAQs
Q1. What is the minimum order quantity?
The standard MOQ is 5 tons. Trial orders within this threshold are accepted. For custom patterns, an additional minimum may apply depending on printing setup requirements — confirm at the inquiry stage.
Q2. How long does production take?
Lead time for standard patterns on stock substrate is typically 15–25 business days from order confirmation and deposit receipt. Custom pattern development adds approximately 2–3 weeks for design approval prior to production. Contact the sales team for a schedule specific to your order volume and specification.
Q3. Can you match a marble pattern from a sample I provide?
Yes. Everesteel accepts physical samples, photographs, or design files as the basis for custom pattern development. A printed proof on the specified substrate is submitted for your approval before production begins.
Q4. What substrate options are available?
Galvalume (aluminum-zinc coated, PPGL) is the primary substrate and the recommended option for most applications. Hot-dip galvanized steel (PPGI) is available on request. Specify your substrate preference — including coating weight class — at inquiry.
Q5. How is the finish protected during transit and fabrication?
A removable PE surface protection film is applied on request. Standard export packaging includes moisture-resistant wrap and banding for coils, and edge-protected pallets for cut sheets. Buyers with specific packaging requirements should advise at order placement.
Q6. What are the dimensional tolerances?
Thickness tolerance: ±0.02 mm. Width tolerance: ±1 mm. Camber: ≤2 mm per 2 m. Cut-to-length tolerance: ±1 mm. Tolerances outside these ranges are subject to discussion based on buyer requirements and substrate specification.
Q7. How do I obtain a material sample before placing an order?
Submit a sample request through the RFQ form or contact the Everesteel sales team directly. Specify the pattern, substrate, thickness, and finish you wish to evaluate. Samples are supplied in approximately A4 format.
Q8. Is Everesteel a trading company or a manufacturer?
Everesteel is a manufacturer operating its own coating and printing lines. There is no intermediary between your specification and production, providing buyers with direct access to technical staff and full traceability of production records.
Q9. What quality documentation is provided with each shipment?
A mill test certificate is issued per coil or batch as standard. SGS or third-party inspection can be arranged on request. Additional documentation for specific project or import requirements is available — advise at order stage.
Q10. Can you supply on a regular scheduled basis for ongoing production needs?
Yes. Everesteel works with distributors and manufacturers on volume programs with agreed call-off schedules. Contact the sales team to discuss forecasting, safety stock arrangements, and pricing structures for recurring orders.
