Standard Hairline
The core product. A fine, uniform directional brushed surface on PPGI or PPGL substrate. Available in a range of color bases including silver-grey, champagne, white, and black. Finish intensity is documented per order for repeat consistency.
AF Hairline (Anti-Fingerprint)
Standard Hairline with an anti-fingerprint topcoat applied over the surface. Reduces visible smudging and contact marks in high-touch environments. Recommended for appliance facings, control panels, and cabinet door skins where surface cleanliness is a functional requirement.
Silver-Grey Hairline
A directional hairline surface applied over a cool silver-grey color base — the most widely specified neutral in appliance manufacturing and commercial interior fit-out. The silver-grey base enhances the metallic depth of the brushed finish, making it suitable for applications where a refined, near-metallic appearance is required without the cost of bare metal alternatives.
Champagne Hairline
A hairline surface applied over a warm champagne color base, producing a finish that reads as a warmer, softer alternative to silver-grey. Frequently specified for furniture facings, decorative interior panels, and retail display fixtures where a premium but approachable surface tone is preferred. Available with or without AF coating.
White Base Hairline

In-House Processing Capabilities
All processing is carried out at Everesteel’s Jiangyin facility by our own production team. Orders can be supplied as full coils or processed to the required format before shipment, reducing handling time and simplifying downstream operations at the buyer’s site.
Slitting
Master coils are slit to specified widths at our Jiangyin facility. Custom narrow widths are available from standard coil stock, with clean edge finish and tolerance control suitable for roll-forming and press-forming operations.
Cut-to-Length
Coils can be cut to sheet format at specified lengths before dispatch. Sheets are stacked, protected, and palletized for export, eliminating the need for additional conversion at the buyer's facility.
Embossing
Where surface texture combined with a hairline finish is required, Everesteel can apply embossing in-house. Embossed hairline variants are used in applications where both aesthetics and anti-slip or structural surface properties are required.
Protective Film Application
A removable PE protective film is applied to the hairline surface before dispatch. This protects the finish during transit, handling, and fabrication. Film is specified by adhesion level based on the downstream process.
Custom Coil Repackaging
For buyers with specific coil inner diameter, weight per coil, or labeling requirements, Everesteel's finishing line can repackage master coils to customer-specified parameters.
Seaworthy Export Packaging

Both supply forms are available. Coil is the standard supply format, but cut-to-length sheet can be processed in-house at our Jiangyin facility. Provide your target length and width at the time of inquiry and our team will confirm feasibility and pricing.
