Steel sheet jackets, side guards, edge guards, and bore protection shield the coil from physical damage. This layer takes the hits from forklifts, strapping tension, and container vibration, so scratches, dents, and edge deformation don't reach the product.
Bundle Reinforcement
Longitudinal, circumferential, and radial strapping locks the package tight. The coil stays stable through crane lifting, trucking, container loading, and vessel movement — no loosening, no shifting.
Labeling & Documents

Horizontal Coil — Eye-to-Wall
Standard FCL packing for most GI, PPGI, and PPGL coil. The coil lies on its side with the bore facing the container wall, giving a low center of gravity and easy forklift access at destination.
Protection highlights: full moisture barrier, steel sheet side jackets, and longitudinal plus lateral strapping keep the coil tight and dry from warehouse to unloading. The go-to choice for most galvanized steel coil and PPGI coil shipments.
Vertical Coil — Eye-to-Sky
Used when you need top bore access, crane handling, or a vertical decoiling process. The coil stands upright with the bore facing up, which suits wide and heavy coils.
Protection highlights: full film wrap on bore and outer surface, reinforced upper and lower edge guards, and rigid top-and-base support. Circumferential and radial strapping stops the coil from tipping or shifting. Common for heavier PPGL steel coil orders where vertical handling fits the buyer's line.
Cut-to-Length Sheet Bundle
Flat sheets stacked and fixed on wooden frames — built for buyers who use sheet directly, without decoiling equipment.
Protection highlights: moisture-proof film or paper wrap, cardboard or foam interlayers to stop sheet-to-sheet scratching, and a wooden frame base for forklift handling and export clearance. Horizontal and vertical strapping holds the bundle stable through loading and transit.
Slit Strip Coil
Narrow coils slit to your specified widths. Edge protection matters most here — clean edges keep roll-forming and stamping lines feeding accurately.
Protection highlights: inner and outer film against rust, upper and lower edge protection strips to prevent deformation, and circumferential plus radial strapping so the strips don't loosen in transit. Coils are secured to a pallet for safe forklift handling at your warehouse.
